Applications
1. The products can be used in Zone 1, 2, group IIA~IIC explosive gas atmosphere and zone 21, 22 flammable dust atmosphere;
2. Temperature class: T1~T6;
3. Indoor and outdoor (IP66);
4. The products can be used for illumination in hazardous places, such as chemical plants, oil refinery, oil exploitation, offshore oil platforms, tankers, and military industry, etc.
Features
1. The enclosures are manufactured of die-cast aluminum alloy, and the surface is polished by high-pressure static, corrosion-proof. Stainless steel exposed fasteners;
2. Toughened glass transparencies is resistant from high-energency impact;
3. Silicone rubber seal has the performance of high temperature resistance, anti-aging, water-proof and dust-proof;
4. The structure is LED PV modules of integrated direct type, and the main chamber and wiring chamber are respective; Only wiring chamber open when wiring, so the installation is convenient and safe;
5. The lamp and the mounting accessory (wiring case) is connected by the patented structure (wireless connection), and all the mounting accessories of all mounting types are exchangeable and general, so the installation and maintenance are convenient, fast and safe;
6. Several LED are arranged logically, high-efficient, with the luminescent efficiency≥140 lm/W, CRI≥70, and long service time over 50,000hours, and can be long-term used without maintenance;
7. Anti-dazzle treatment is optional, for high light transmittance, wide illumination angle, even illumination, and no glare.
8. Input with wide voltage(180~265V), output with constant power, the power factor≥0.98, and have the protective function of constant voltage, current, over current, open circuit, short circuit, and surge-preventing, etc;
9. Color temperature: 5500-6000K, it can be customized;
10. The emergency device is optional according to customers. When the supply power is interrupted, the lamp will change over to the status of emergency lighting, which is specially for the places with high requirements of continuous illumination;
11. Wiring with steel pipe or cables.
