MATERIAL CATEGORIES : Packing Klingerit Universal Oil Resistant material of highest quality composed of long grade chrysotile asbestos fiber with NBR binder. Particulary suitable for use in aviation industry and with hot oil and thermal fluids.
COLOR BLUE: Max. Temperature : 550 ° C Max. Pressure : 140 Bar Min. Temperature : - 200 ° C Klingerit 1000 Top grade wire reinforced material for extreme service. Recommended for conditions of fluctuating pressure and temperature. Composed of chrysotile asbestos fiber bonded SBR and reinforce with close mesh steel wire.
COLOR BLACK Graphite Finish: Max. Temperature : 550 ° C Max. Pressure : 200 Bar Klingerit 100 High quality material for the oil and petro chemicals industries. Composed of chrysotile asbestos fiber with SBR.
COLOR GREY: Max. Temperature : 510 ° C Max. Pressure : 100 Bar Min. Temperature : - 200 ° C Klingerit 200 Medium quality material for general purpose use. Composed of chrysotile asbestos fibre bonded with SBR.
COLOR RED/BROWN: Max. Temperature : 400 ° C Max. Pressure : 40 Bar Klingersil C-4500 Premium quality Compressed synthetic fibre jointing composed of carbon fibres with NBR binder. Universal material with excellent steam, oil & chemical resistance. Particulaaly suitable for use in highly alkaline applications and applications requiring high load bearing characteristic. COLOR BLACK both sides Max. Temperature : 450 ° C Max. Pressure : 100 Bar Klingersil C-4430 High quality compressed synthetic fiber jointing based on glass fibers and NBR binder. Suitable for use with air, steam, oil, fuels, gases ( includeing oxygen) and portable water applications. COLOR One side white, one side green Max. Temperature : 440 ° C Max. Pressure : 100 Bar Klingersil C-4430 High quality compressed synthetic fiber jointing based on aramid fibers with NBR binder. Suitable for use with air, water, oils, fuels, gases. Particularly suitable for use in internal combustion engines, compressors and hydraulic systems.
COLOR GREEN Both Sides Max. Temperature : 400 ° C Max. Pressure : 100 Bar Klingersil C-4430 A general purpose non asbestos sheet for use on oils, water and gases. Highly recommended for use in automotive applications and general purpose applications in the petreochemical oil and gas industries.
