A new generation PVD grade
High hardness, high heat resistance, high toughness layer with gradient structure
The new TiAIN-based composite coating, a two-layer structure with a high toughness inner layer and a super heat-resistant surface layer.
Effectively improve the hardness and thermal shock resistance of the coating and the ability to resist crack expanding.

Using a high-cobalt ultra-fine grain matrix, with special sintering technique and alloy toughness enhancement technology applied to improve the grain distribution and enhance the binder phase structure, then can greatly increase the wear resistance, impact resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance.

4. YBG205H is suitable for semi-finishing and finishing turning of stainless steel parts such as oil pipeline fluid valves, automobile valve door bodies, flanges, bathroom tube joints, engineering machinery shafts, etc., which are relatively stable cutting conditions.
As well as semi-finishing and finishing milling of automobile exhaust pipes, turbocharger housings, mold parts, steam turbine blades and other parts.
